Bahaane is a simple, community-ranked collection of leave messages and excuses — built for the very Indian moment of having leave approved on paper but no idea how to phrase the message asking for it.

Anyone can browse and copy for free, no account needed. Registered users can add their own bahaane and vote the best ones up, so the list keeps getting better over time.
