1. About Bahaane

Bahaane (bahaane.com) is operated by Jdspark LLP ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use Bahaane

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Anyone, including users under 18, may browse published content without an account.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password and security answer confidential, and for all activity under your account. Provide a genuine email address — we do not verify it by OTP or link, and it is your primary way to identify your own account.

4. Content you submit

When you submit an excuse or leave message, you confirm it is your own wording (or you have the right to share it), and you grant Bahaane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and rank it on the site. You may request removal of your own submission at any time by writing to us.

You agree not to submit content that is:

  • hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or harassing;
  • sexually explicit or directed at minors in any way;
  • a real medical, legal, or official document, or a template designed to impersonate one;
  • spam, advertising, or unrelated to the site's purpose;
  • unlawful under Indian law.

6. Moderation

We may review, edit, or remove any submitted content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion — particularly for content that breaches Section 4.

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jdspark LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its content.
